– Department: Risk and Finance Chief Data Office

Department Objective:

– The Risk and Finance Data Office is responsible for leading the development and execution of the data strategy and overseeing the implementation of the Group Data Management Framework for the Group Risk and Finance Divisions with key focus on driving initiatives aimed at improving data quality. Central team collaborating with IT, Risk and Finance teams and their data management leads to align data processes with business objectives and optimize operational efficiency.

– The Risk and Finance Chief Data Officer reports hierarchically to Chief Risk Officer and Deputy Chief Finance Officer and functionally to Group Chief Data Officer.

– Span: Local manager for the Risk and Finance Data Management team, direct staff management responsibility to be confirmed after design phase

Purpose of the role:

– The role of the Risk and Finance Data Quality Steering will be reporting the Risk and Finance Chief Data Officer and be responsible to design and drive implementation of an effective Data Quality Monitoring operating model across Risk and Finance departments globally. The role will require extensive collaboration with Data Office leads within the various Risk and Finance departments, IT teams as well as Business Unit stakeholders.

– Establish and maintain map of key data quality monitoring processes/ teams, associated reporting governance for the Risk and Finance data domains and Critical Data Elements, report on and drive remediation of key gaps

– Design and oversee implementation of standardized tooling and reporting solutions for data quality monitoring with focus on centrally collected data in support of Risk and Finance Data Owners and Stewards

– Coordinate design of default operating models/RACI for data quality monitoring for the most material Risk and Finance data domains

– Identify and drive central reporting on lead Data Quality KPIs in partnership with Risk and Finance Data teams to report on quality
