Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Preparing ALM statements & simulations
– Implementing treasury management system/ platforms
– Entering deals in the system and getting system updated as per developing requirements.
– Preparing ALM reports for RBI submission.
– Preparing ALCO presentation and submissions
– Providing data to investors, banks, trustee and rating agencies
– Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, RBI and other regulations along with Compliance department.
– Regular submission of MIS to internal stakeholders
– Monitoring borrowing, rating and security limits
– Maintaining data on various G-sec, corporate bonds and Bank PLR on a regular basis
– Assisting/ preparing term sheet and other related documents for fundraising
– Ensuring timely completion of fund-raising related activities such as listing of securities, documentation etc. as per resources SOP
– Compliance and covenants tracking
– Tracking various market trends and happenings in financial sector and updating the same to FO and senior management
– Working closely with finance and compliance for all audit related matters and ensuring queries are resolved.
– Revising and updating resources manual/SOP and policies as per requirement
– Preparing investor communications
Skills:
– Good written and oral communication
– Good at excel, word and presentation.
– Sound knowledge & understanding of various treasury instruments.
– Should have good analytical skills.
– Should be able to work in a team and deliver results
