Overview
Key Responsibilities:
– Take ownership of stocks under active coverage and maintain financial models
– Track news flows, summarize sell-side research views, and cover earnings and key catalyst events
– Conduct in-depth benchmarking, valuation, and operational metrics analysis
– Collaborate with front office groups to iterate on financial models and investment research
– Develop industry sector expertise and attend management/intermediary/sector expert calls
Requirements:
– 3-7 years of experience in equity research
– Degree in finance or equivalent (MBA/CFA/CA)
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Experience analyzing companies across diverse industries and geographies
Preferred Qualifications:
– Prior experience covering the North American (NAM) energy sector
