Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Policy Development:
– Develop and update policies related to two-wheeler financing, considering regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and company objectives.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policies align with business strategies and objectives.
Risk Management:
– Implement and oversee risk management policies to assess and mitigate credit, operational, and market risks associated with two-wheeler financing.
– Conduct regular risk assessments and propose adjustments to policies based on changing market conditions.
Compliance:
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the two-wheeler financing sector.
– Stay updated on changes in regulations and work with legal and compliance teams to implement necessary policy adjustments.
Operational Efficiency:
– Streamline and optimize operational processes through the development and implementation of efficient policies.
– Work closely with operations teams to ensure policies are effectively communicated and adhered to at all levels.
Data Analysis:
– Utilize data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of policies and identify areas for improvement.
– Provide data-driven insights to support policy decisions and enhance overall business performance.
Training and Communication:
– Conduct training sessions for employees to ensure understanding and compliance with company policies.
– Communicate policy changes effectively to all relevant stakeholders within the organization.
Audit and Monitoring:
– Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
– Monitor policy implementation through regular audits and take corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
– Proven experience in policy development and management within the NBFC or financial services sector, with a focus on two-wheeler financing.
– Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial industry.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
