About the Role:
– We are looking for a dynamic Finance Controller to oversee the finance and accounting functions of our organization.
– This is a leadership role responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, and strategic financial planning, with a focus on driving profitability and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead budgeting, cash flow, and cost control processes
– Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis
– Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls
– Handle audits, tax planning, and legal compliances
– Support senior leadership with actionable financial insights
– Drive financial systems improvements (ERP/SAP preferred)
What We’re Looking For:
– CA or CPA OR MBA with 15+ years of experience in finance leadership
– Strong knowledge of financial strategy, compliance, and reporting
– Hands-on with SAP/Oracle or similar ERP systems
– Experience in hospitality, infrastructure, or multi-location business is a plus
– Strong team leadership and stakeholder communication skills
