Overview
Candidate must have 7+ years of front end M&A IB experience across any sector
Location for the role is Chennai
Key responsibilities include :
Lead Execution :
– Leading pitch presentation preparation efforts and timely delivery. Support from director only at a macro level
– Ensuring Preparation/ Management of client deliverables including IM, model etc
– High focus on turnaround of client deliverables especially in time bound deals
– Coordination and process management post term sheet stage
– Manage an associate/ analyst across the deal cycle
Ideation / origination/BD :
– Pro-active research with a view to narrow down relevant deals for Veda across sectors.
– Candidate must have good connects with the investors in PE/VC funds with an orientation towards building relevant market intel and leads Supporting directors in BD efforts
