About the Role-
We are hiring experienced finance professionals for a unique rotational opportunity within the firm’s CFO Organization. This structured program allows candidates to be part of a dedicated resource pool and take on rotational assignments across different teams-mainly within the CFO function, with potential extensions into other enterprise functions.
Each rotation lasts approximately 6-9 months, with opportunities to transition into permanent roles based on performance and business needs.
What You’ll Do?
– Support fund accounting, reporting, and finance operations through high-impact projects
– Collaborate with various teams to implement best practices and process improvements
– Work across departments to solve complex financial and operational challenges
– Drive or support change management and project-based initiatives
– Gain diverse exposure across key areas of the CFO Organization
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– 5-8 years of experience in audit/accounting, preferably with a Big 4 or asset management firm
– Solid understanding of Fund Accounting, US GAAP, reconciliations, and financial operations
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
– Proven ability to manage time, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CA/MBA is a strong plus)
