Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations Support:

– Assist in the compilation and reconciliation of financial data related to payables, receivables, and expense tracking.

– Maintain and diligently update financial trackers, ensuring the timely processing of vendor payments and internal reimbursements.

– Coordinate the collection and validation of necessary financial documents with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Compliance & Documentation:

– Ensure the timely and accurate handling of all compliance documentation, including agreements, invoicing, contracts, and audit-related data.

– Track and manage compliance deadlines, working closely with legal and finance teams for renewals and submissions.

Project Execution & Coordination:

– Assist in the execution of multiple projects across various departments.

– Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to accurately document project requirements, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up items.

– Support the Central Team in driving project execution, diligently tracking progress, and managing inter-dependencies.

Reporting & Data Management:

– Prepare and maintain insightful dashboards using Google Sheets and MS Excel.

– Generate routine and ad-hoc reports based on evolving business needs, highlighting key discrepancies or emerging trends to aid decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

– Completed an undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.

– (MBA Preferred)

– Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

– Proficient in Google Sheets and MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

– A self-starter with a collaborative approach and a strong sense of ownership.

This is strictly a Work from Office role, based out of Gurugram
