We are one of the leading executive search firms and we specialise in Finance Talent Placement.
Our clients are a fast-growing and dynamic manufacturing organization with a current turnover of approximately INR 2000 Cr. As part of our strategic growth roadmap, we are preparing for an upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO) and seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial function and drive the IPO process and investor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the end-to-end IPO process, including preparation of DRHP, coordination with investment bankers, legal, and audit teams.
– Manage investor relations, including communications with institutional investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders.
– Oversee financial planning, budgeting, treasury, accounting, taxation, and compliance functions.
– Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with IND AS and statutory norms.
– Build and lead a high-performing finance team and implement systems for scalability and control.
– Drive strategic financial decisions, including capital allocation, risk management, and fundraising.
Qualifications & Experience:
– Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent; additional certifications (CMA, CPA, MBA) will be a plus.
– Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
– Must have successfully led or played a key role in at least one IPO process.
– Strong understanding of investor relations, financial markets, SEBI/IPO regulations, and capital raising.
– Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
