Overview

Reporting to – Cluster Head/Regional Head.

– Team Management – 1+ Minimum 10 Team Member.

Work experience – 5+ years of experience in the equity market, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Revenue Growth:

– Drive branch revenue through equity trading, thirdparty product selling and regular new client acquisition.

– Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and profitability goals.

– Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, PMS, Structured products and fixed income instruments.

Branch Operations Management:.

– Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring seamless execution of equity trading and other financial services.

– Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.

– Monitor operational efficiency and address any issues promptly to maintain smooth workflows.

Team Leadership and Management:.

– Lead and mentor the branch team, including equity dealers, relationship managers, and other staff.

– Set performance targets, conduct regular reviews, and provide training to enhance team skills and productivity.

– Foster a collaborative and result-driven work culture.

Client Relationship Management:.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and retail clients.

– Ensure clients receive timely advice, personalized investment solutions, and exceptional service.

– Address client queries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Market Analysis and Advisory Support:.

– Stay updated on equity market trends, macroeconomic developments, and corporate actions.

– Provide insights and guidance to the team and clients for informed investment decisions.

– Assist clients with portfolio diversification and risk management strategies.

Compliance and Risk Management:.

– Ensure all branch operations comply with regulatory standards (SEBI, NSE/BSE, etc.

– Monitor trading activities to mitigate operational and investment risks.

– Conduct regular audits to maintain transparency and compliance.
