Position: Associate Manager
Some of the key areas that M&A Consulting – Integration and Separation team does work in are as follows:
– Carve out assessment & Separation support
– Post-merger Integration services
– Planning and deal project management
Candidates with experience in M&A TAX can apply
– Working in our multi-disciplined teams, you will apply your talents to a wide variety of complex, demanding and high profile projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting clients on integrations or separations (and carve outs) and planning “Day 1 Activities” to manage a seamless business transition through the transaction stages
2. Develop the project plan, understand the risks and issues, work with team and client the developing the mitigation actions
3. Project management of the Integration / separation office, including updating and reporting the project status, preparation of status update reports and presenting it to respective stakeholders
4. Understanding of complex deal dynamics and remain updated on relevant tax, accounting, legal and sector updates impacting the deal situation
