Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and review financial statements in line with Ind AS and other applicable regulatory standards.
– Handle month-end and year-end closing activities: accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis.
– Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits; liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure.
– Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting for internal management.
– Work with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline financial processes.
Key Requirements:
– 1 to 8 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Reporting.
– Solid understanding of Ind AS and Indian GAAP. Exposure to IFRS is a plus.
– Hands-on experience in financial close processes and reporting.
– Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle, etc.) preferred.
– Qualification: CA qualified only with relevant experience.
