Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Operations Head-Credit to lead our credit operations/Disbursement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient credit operations, managing risk, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure accurate and complete documentation for credit approvals.
– Manage documentation process, including verification and validation.
– Manage disbursal process, ensuring timely and accurate fund transfers.
– Implement and maintain disbursal and documentation standards.
– Oversee PDD process to ensure compliance and risk management.
– Ensure all necessary checks and verifications are completed.
– Implement and maintain PDD standards.
– Lead and manage credit operations team.
– Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities.
– Develop, implement, and maintain credit policies and procedures.
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
– Review and update policies regularly.
– Manage audit processes, including preparation and response.
– Ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
Requirements:
– 9+ years of experience in Credit/Disbursement operations,PDD, risk management.
– Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
