Overview
– Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
– Drive fundraising efforts and investor relations (equity)
– Build robust financial systems, internal controls, and reporting frameworks
– Monitor key metrics, analyze variances, and enable data-driven decisions
– Ensure statutory compliance, audit, and governance readiness
– Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives
Requirements:
– CA qualified with 15+ years of experience
– Equity fund raise experience is a must
– Proven experience in a finance leadership role, startup or scale up experience is a plus
– Strong understanding of business finance, investor reporting, and financial modelling
– Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a dynamic environment
