Vice President Finance Practice:

– Internal Controls and Compliances
– Accounting Expertise
– Month end and year end closing activity
– Transaction monitoring and reporting
– General ledger management
– Financial Reporting & Analysis
– Review of Payables, T&E and other allocations cost
– Treasury function Assess cash flows and manage investments
– Business Support Cost recovery for employees supporting Region from India
– US GAAP and IND AS compliances to managing both statutory and corporate books
– Regulatory compliance with IRDA Reporting and certifications
– Preparation of Financials and Audit
– Manage Statutory, Tax and Transfer Pricing Audits
– Manage internal and MMC group audits
– Manage all Direct, Indirect Tax and SEZ compliances and assessments
– GST Compliances
– SEZ / GIFT Compliances
– Direct Tax – WHT compliances / 26AS reconciliation / Advance Tax / Income tax return
– Regional Tax compliance
– Documentation for Transfer Pricing
– Manage direct, indirect and TP assessments including appeals etc with effective documentation and paperwork.
What you need to have:
– Above 13 years experience in managing all the month end closing, all statutory, internal, tax and transfer pricing audit, direct and indirect tax compliances, regulatory compliance in a mid-size corporate entity
– Excellent data management skills
– Ability to challenge legacy processes, simplify and automate
– Knowledge of technology/ tools that can be leveraged for operational process and filing returns.
– Excellent in Excel
– Ability to lead and mentor team members
– Ability to influence supporting teams in a matrix team structure
