MBA Preferred
– Monitor and report on financial performance of CMBS properties.
– Reconcile monthly portfolio statistics, remittance data, and asset reports.
– Review rent rolls to track lease expirations, renewals, and rent concessions.
– Compile property-level data into portfolio-wide reports and presentations.
– Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for CMBS assets.
– Prepare regular reports for senior leadership and Credit Risk teams.
– Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed.
– Support automation of CMBS reporting tools to improve efficiency.
– Research market trends and asset performance.
– Track borrower submissions and perform covenant compliance checks.
