We are hiring a Head of Investor Relations for a fast-growing, listed consumer tech company based out of Mumbai.
What We’re Looking For:
– Investment banking professionals with 10-15 years of experience, ideally from top-tier firms.
– Strong track record in covering the technology sector.
– Hands-on experience in sell-side transactions, including IPOs, QIPs, and public market fundraises.
– Deep relationships across mutual funds, hedge funds, family offices, and institutional investors.
– Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
