Overview

About:

– Own and drive the overall P&L for the category; be accountable for revenue, margins, working capital and profitability.

– Build and execute the category growth strategy including assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and customer acquisition

– Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews for the category including inventory planning

– Work closely with central finance and FP&A teams for timely and accurate reporting and compliance

– Work on reconciliations, returns and claim settlements

– Partner with product, tech, marketing, and operations teams to improve customer experience, drive repeat rate, and reduce drop- offs.

– CA/MBA with 15+ years overall experience

– Strong experience in eCommerce, category P&L, business finance and strategy roles

– Excellent stakeholder management across cross- functional teams

– High bias for action and comfort in an agile, fast- paced startup environment
