About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Revenue Accounting professional to join finance team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, revenue reconciliations, and reporting, while providing insightful revenue analytics to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Own and manage the end-to-end O2C process, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
– Perform monthly revenue recognition and reconciliations in line with internal policies and accounting standards.
– Prepare and present accurate revenue reports and dashboards to finance and business teams.
– Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve revenue processes.
– Deliver data-driven revenue insights and trend analysis to support strategic planning.
– Support audits and ensure compliance with relevant financial controls and procedures.
Requirements:
– 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Accounting, preferably in fast-paced/startup environments.
– Strong grasp of O2C processes, revenue reconciliation, and reporting.
– Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of accounting/ERP systems.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Qualification: MBA (Finance)/ CA / Graduate in Commerce or Finance.
