We’re Hiring Manager – Consolidation for Delhi location
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 1-3 years in group consolidation & reporting
Budget: – 12- LPA (including variable)
Key Responsibilities:
– Preparation and analysis of standalone financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, SOCIE, Cash Flow Statement, and notes to accounts) as per IND AS on monthly/quarterly / annual basis.
– Preparation of Reg 33 Quarterly Results with Reg 33 publication notes on quarterly basis for submission to SEBI.
– Preparation of variance analysis of P&L and Balance sheet on quarterly/annual basis.
– Preparation of power point presentation of standalone financials on quarterly/annual basis for audit committee and Board meetings.
– Preparation of Computation of Income and getting the Tax Audit done on Annual Basis.
– Preparation of responses to be filed with tax authorities for assessment notices of standalone financials.
– Assist in the preparation of Annual Operating plan, Monthly MIS and Quarterly estimates of the standalone financials.
– Assist team in consolidation works, review of Related Party Transactions (RPT) data received from subsidiaries and elimination of RPT transactions in Consolidation.
– Assist in updating the required data in BPC such as Currency Conversion, Shareholding percentages in subsidiaries etc.
– Provide clarification to auditors for timely completion of standalone and consolidated financial audits on quarterly and annual basis
