Overview
What you will work on:
– Support end-to-end execution of M&A and strategic investment opportunities, including market screening, diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis
– Prepare investment memos, internal presentations, and board materials to drive strategic decision-making and to develop and maintain detailed financial models
– Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify inorganic growth opportunities
– Coordinate with internal business units, finance, legal, and external advisors (investment bankers, consultants, lawyers) on live deals
Assist in post-merger integration planning and performance tracking for acquired businesses
– Track industry trends, deal flow, and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape
The ideal candidate:
– Proven experience working on live transactions across due diligence, valuation, and deal execution
– Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; strong commercial acumen
– Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling techniques
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels
Qualification and Experience:
– 2-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate M&A
– Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling techniques.
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/CFA is a plus.
