General Manager – Finance & Accounts
We’re hiring for the profile of GM – Finance and Account for Delhi location
Education: CA with PQE of 7-10 years with exposure of working in org with manufacturing/ plant set up
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of Cash flow and banking:
– Manage cashflow by adequate cashflow planning, managing collections from the customers and following up with customers for collection
– Manage and oversee banking relationships, Negotiate terms and conditions for working capital loan
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational banking requirements.
Accounting and book closure:
– Ensure proper accounting
– Finalisation of Balance sheet
– Work with auditors for closure of Balance sheet
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
– Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
– Prepare variance analyses comparing actual performance to budget and forecast.
– Create dashboards and reports to present financial results to senior management.
SKILLS:
– Strong exposure in accounting, FP&A, raising debt
– Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
