We are now preparing for a public listing (IPO) in the next 24 – 36 months and seeking a visionary CFO who has already done it before scaling high CAPEX businesses, raising capital globally, and building financial structures that endure for decades.

Your Mission as CFO:

As our Chief Financial Officer, you will be the architect of our financial future, working directly with the Founder-CEO and the Board to:

– Drive capital raising from private equity, family offices, banks, NBFCs, REITs, sovereign wealth funds, and strategic investors

– Lead financial strategy for a multi-vertical business spanning real estate, hospitality, wellness, and infrastructure

– Shape the IPO-readiness roadmap and ensure governance, compliance, and investor confidence at global standards

– Design PropCo/OpCo, SPV, and fractional ownership structures to unlock value across projects

– Orchestrate M&A deals, hospitality acquisitions, and underperforming resort takeovers

– Build a world-class finance team and ERP-enabled financial control ecosystem

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Finance & Capital Structuring:

– Raise $50M$500M through equity, debt, and hybrid instruments

– Develop REIT-ready and AIF-friendly investment frameworks

– Align capital allocation to a pan-India and global expansion roadmap

– Create investor-friendly IRR and waterfall models for large-scale projects

Investor Relations & M&A:

– Represent Ridhira Group at international investment forums & roadshows

– Build long-term relationships with Brookfield, Blackstone, GIC, KKR, CPPIB, ADIA, and other global capital leaders

– Identify & execute acquisitions in hospitality, wellness, and high-value land banks

Financial Operations & IPO Preparation:

– Lead IPO documentation, governance compliance, and SEBI readiness

– Oversee audits, tax strategy, cross-border compliance, and financial consolidation across 25+ entities

– Implement advanced ERP, FP&A, and cost control systems

Ideal Background:

– 15 – 25 years in finance leadership, with at least 5 years as CFO in real estate, hospitality, infrastructure, or PE-backed ventures

– Proven success in IPO execution, large-scale capital raises, and M&A integrations

– Strong network with banks, PEs, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds

– CA / CFA / CPA / MBA from ISB, IIMs, INSEAD, Wharton, or equivalent

– Real Estate & Infra: DLF, Embassy, Lodha, Godrej, L&T Realty, Shapoorji, Prestige, Hiranandani, Raheja, Tata Realty, Adani Realty, GMR

– Hospitality & Leisure: IHCL (Taj), Marriott, Oberoi, Hyatt, ITC, Club Mahindra, Sterling

– Wellness & Healthcare: Apollo, CureFit, Manipal, VLCC, Jiva, Kaya

– Financial Services & PE: Blackstone, Brookfield, Kotak Infra, IIFL, Edelweiss, Motilal Oswal
