Overview
– We are seeking a motivated Investment Banking Associate – Real Estate with 2-3 years of experience to join our team.
– The role involves supporting senior bankers in executing transactions, preparing financial models, and conducting detailed analysis on real estate companies and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the execution of real estate M&A, equity, and debt transactions.
– Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, NAV, comparables, precedent transactions).
– Conduct valuation and sensitivity analyses across residential, commercial, retail, and REIT segments.
– Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations.
– Perform industry and market research, tracking key trends and regulatory developments in real estate.
– Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with clients, legal, and other advisors.
– Support senior bankers in client coverage and business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
– 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, or equity research (real estate).
– Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
– Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
– Knowledge of real estate sector dynamics, capital markets, and transaction structures.
– Self-starter with ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc.).
