We are seeking an experienced Head of Corporate Development to lead strategic growth initiatives, M&A activity, and partnership opportunities for a dynamic, high-growth company.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute the company’s corporate development strategy, including M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
– Identify, evaluate, and execute potential acquisitions, investments, and market entry opportunities.
– Lead deal structuring, negotiations, and due diligence processes end-to-end.
– Build strong relationships with external stakeholders including advisors, investors, and target companies.
About You:
– 8+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking or private equity.
– Strong track record of sourcing, negotiating, and executing M&A transactions.
– Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
– Ability to think strategically while driving operational execution.
– Proven ability to work cross-functionally with executive leadership teams.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
