Overview
Key Responsibilities :
– Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
– Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
– Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
– Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks.
– Lead and develop the internal finance team.
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
– Present financial reports and insights to the CEO and board of directors.
Requirement:
– Be a qualified CA, experience preferably from B2B growth start-up
– Experience with financial management software systems
– Fund Raise/Due Diligence Exposure
– Ability to interact with stakeholders internal and external is essential.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Straddle multiple projects simultaneously
