Overview
– Experience in broad-based business and financial valuations and multi-discipline appraisals, including those of closely held companies
– Technical expertise in equity interests and CFI valuation products such as ASC 718, IRC 409A, ASC 820, IBR / ASC 842, debt and warrants valuation
– Excellent thoughtfulness, project management, communication, interpersonal and teaming skills
– Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
– Advanced knowledge and experience in any of the following sectors will be added advantage – financial services, oil & gas, technology, consumer products, power and utilities and life science
– Strong leadership, recruiting, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written (including technical writing), and presentation skills.
– Willingness and ability to travel, when required
– Exposure to databases such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Refinitiv etc.
