Overview
Responsibilities:
– Lead timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP / Ind-AS and applicable regulations.
– Ensure proper closing of books, reconciliations, and review of ledgers, trial balances, and schedules.
– Drive adoption of accounting best practices and oversee implementation of new accounting standards
– Build capability within the finance function to meet future business growth.
– Strengthen financial controls, standardize processes, and implement automation to enhance efficiency.
– Oversee cash flow planning, fund management, and banking relationships.
– Work closely with DD, Audit team to close DDs, Audits etc.
Qualifications needed:
– CA with a 5-7 years work experience in audit, controllership (post articleship)
– Prior controllership experience will be a good to have
