Overview
Manager – Business Valuation
Responsibilities:
– Responsible for conducting financial statement and valuation analysis, preparing industry and economic outlooks, valuation report writing, and conducting specific valuation research projects.
– Conducts site visits and management interviews.
– Manages/performs multiple consulting engagements.
– Recommends business processes and improvement opportunities.
– Attends and participates in valuations industry trade shows and conferences and participates in firm-wide marketing and sales programs.
– Leverages technical knowledge and experience to provide effective project management and practice development.
Qualifications:
– MBA with 6 to 8 years of experience with minimum 5 yrs into Valuation.
– Previous experience with financial statement analysis required.
– CPA, CFA or ASA designation preferred.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
