We have an opening for Manager – Finance & Accounts with a NBFC.
Location: Mumbai
Education: CA – 1st or 2nd Attempt
Preferred Companies: Big 4 / Big 6 Companies
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Overseeing SEBI LODR reporting and Related Party Transactions (RPT) compliance. comprehensive understanding of all RPT-related compliances.
– Practical experience with IND AS is essential and required. Proficiency in processing fees, including EIR, ESOP, and investment value.
– Verifying and approving the banking and investment entries. MIS for monthly investments.
– Figuring out investment/FD yields, etc.
– Making sure the team completes the monthly bank reconciliation on schedule
– Overseeing the Fixed Assets group and making sure all regulations are followed
– Taking care of regular accounting and accounts receivable.
– Managing audits and different data needs overseeing the reconciliations with different sub-ledgers and making sure that different departments are contacted for any arrears, etc.
– Automation for process improvement.
