Overview
The candidate should have:
– Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, policy formulation, implementation, or analysis.
– Should have done assignments related to appraisal of DPRs of industrial projects
– Must have experience in GST/ Tax Compliances for multinational companies
– Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
– Understanding of Financial Modeling & Analytical skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
– Strong understanding of investment cycle, economic policies and business environments
– Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
– Experience of handling any Central/ State Govt clients
Roles/Responsibilities:
– Engage in research and drafting of an attractive policy and regulatory framework for investors. This includes regularly updating/reformulating various sectoral-Policies and provide necessary inputs for suitable changes/ amendments, based on investors’ feedback
– Prepare a knowledge bank of policy initiatives taken for the implementation of the policies from time to time and regularly update it for easy access of investors
– Promotion of the policy on national/ international platforms to attract investment
– Develop detailed implementation plans for policy, including timelines, resource allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
– Regular communication & follow up with investors and various other stakeholders including Govt Deptt/ agencies, Chartered Accountants, Valuers & Engineers
– Reviewing Detailed Project reports and Financials of the incentive application
– Reviewing and processing of investment proposals received from investors in compliance with policy provisions.
– Serve as a subject matter expert on policy-related matters, providing guidance and support
– Understanding of IT skills for development of online incentive
