Job Title: Head of Finance – Digital Energy Solutions
Location: Chennai, India
Industry: IT / IoT / Energy / Utilities
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
– Collaborate with global teams (KSA, Africa, USA) to align financial strategies and reporting.
– Monitor and manage financial performance, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
– Prepare detailed cost-benefit analysis and margin optimization reports for new and existing projects.
– Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
– Drive financial reporting, cash flow planning, and working capital management.
– Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Project Management) to support business decisions with financial insights.
– Support external audits and ensure robust internal controls are in place.
– Contribute to strategic planning and business modeling initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA, CPA, or MBA Finance preferred).
– 8 – 12 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in IT/Technology/Product/Consulting environments.
– Proven experience working with cross-border teams (KSA, Africa, USA) and understanding of international business practices.
– Strong understanding of multiple pricing models including software licensing and project consulting.
– Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
