Key Responsibilities:
– Support deal execution by assisting in negotiations, conducting due diligence and managing the end-to-end documentation process.
– Conduct in-depth industry and company research to develop investment theses for both active mandates and prospective client pitches.
– Create high-quality deal materials, including information memorandums, detailed financial models in Excel and investor pitch decks.
– Engage with clients and investors, front-ending interactions alongside senior team members and contributing to relationship management and communication.
Candidate Profile:
– Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a solid grasp of valuation techniques.
– Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
– Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
