– Lead financial due diligence engagements across various industries, including TMT, Healthcare, Consumer, Retail, Real Estate, Infrastructure & Energy.
– Conduct comprehensive reviews of financial statements, tax returns, contracts, and other relevant documents to identify potential risks and opportunities.
– Develop detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for clients based on research conducted during the engagement.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic guidance on merger and acquisition transactions.
– Provide expert testimony in court as required.
