Hiring: Manager / Senior Manager Finance

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Sr. Manager to lead and oversee the organizations financial operations with a strong focus on financial planning, reporting, compliance, and process efficiency. The role involves managing end-to-end finance functionsbudgeting, forecasting, audits, internal controls, statutory compliancewhile partnering with business teams to support strategic objectives and ensure fiscal responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Records & Reporting

– Prepare and maintain accurate financial records & statements (monthly/quarterly/annual).

– Ensure compliance with accounting standards & regulations.

– Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Management Information Systems (MIS)

– Develop and maintain MIS for financial performance monitoring.

– Present financial insights & trends to senior management for decision-making.

Audits & Controls

– Manage statutory audits, address findings, and ensure compliance.

– Support internal audits & strengthen IFC (Internal Financial Controls).

– Review and update SOPs to improve compliance and financial control.

Compliance & Assessments

– Ensure statutory compliance (tax filings, corporate law, etc.).

– Handle tax assessments, government audits, and statutory notices.

Budgeting & Forecasting

– Lead annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.

– Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Insurance & Assets Management

– Manage insurance portfolio, negotiate coverage, and optimize costs.

– Maintain Fixed Assets Register (FAR), depreciation records, and conduct asset verification.

Capex / Opex & Imprest

– Monitor and manage Capex & Opex budgets with cost control measures.

– Handle imprest account management with proper documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

– Qualified CA with strong knowledge of Tally & SAP.

– Proven experience (5+ years) in financial planning, audits, and compliance.

– Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
