Candidate Requirements
1. Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience
2. Prior work experience in the financial services sector (Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, etc.)
3. Strong understanding of financial statements, business performance metrics and investor-related deliverables.
4. Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting senior leadership in data-driven decision-making
Job Profile
1. Preparation and analysis of MIS reports across business units, including monthly performance dashboards, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
2. Annual budgeting exercise / preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in collaboration with business and functional teams
3. Tracking and analysing key financial and operational KPIs to support business reviews and strategic decisions
4. Scenario modelling, trend analysis, and sensitivity assessments to evaluate business performance and outlook
5. Regular benchmarking against industry peers and competitors to identify areas of improvement and strategic opportunities
6. Support leadership with business insights and financial commentary for internal reviews and board meetings
7. Collaborate with teams across Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Risk to respond to internal and external stakeholders
8. Contribute to due diligence efforts and provide financial inputs for fundraising and strategic partnerships
