Overview
About:
– Oversee end- to- end accounting, month- end closures, reconciliations, and financial reporting in line with Ind AS / IFRS
– Establish and maintain robust internal control systems and SOPs for finance, procurement, and inventory
– Support business teams with budgeting, variance analysis, and cost optimization insights
– Drive ERP implementation, automation, and digitization of financial processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
– Chartered Accountant (CA) with15- 20 years of post- qualification experience
– Prior experience in e- commerce or fashion retail is mandatory
– Strong grounding in controllership, audits, and compliance; exposure to FP&A is a plus
– Proven ability to operate in a fast- scaling, high- volume transaction environment.
– Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
