Job Opportunity: Business Finance (FP&A)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
We are looking for a results-driven Business Finance professional (FP&A) with strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering. The role requires excellent analytical and communication skills to provide valuable insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
– Drive annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
– Conduct variance analysis to highlight key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
– Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to provide actionable insights for strategic and operational decisions.
– Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and MIS reports to track performance against business plans.
– Support long-term financial planning, scenario modeling, and investment decisions.
– Ensure process improvements in financial reporting, analytics, and automation.
– Provide financial insights on cost optimization, profitability analysis, and business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
– 2-6 years of experience in FP&A / Business Finance.
– Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (mandatory).
– Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with attention to detail.
– Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools (experience with BI tools is a plus).
