Role Snapshot:
As an Associate on the Private Debt team, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with deal-makers and executives across the portfolio. You’ll dive deep into investment underwriting, due diligence, structuring, and portfolio monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
– Create sophisticated models and valuations for potential deals
– Conduct in-depth credit analyses and market research
– Support due diligence and transaction execution
– Draft compelling investment committee memos
– Participate in structuring and negotiating terms
– Monitor and manage active investments with precision
What We’re Looking For?
– 2+ years in investment banking or equivalent experience, with a focus on leveraged finance or credit
– Strong academic foundation and fluency in financial modeling
