Description:

We have an opportunity for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who can devise and structure the growth of a Private Equitybacked global organization, while effectively managing Board expectations and investor relations.

As a key member of the leadership team, the CFO will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, responsible for driving financial strategy, enabling growth across geographies, and delivering value creation in line with Private Equity objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Growth

– Partner with the CEO, Board, and Private Equity stakeholders on financial strategy, growth initiatives, and value creation.

– Lead strategic planning, financial modeling, and cross-border expansion.

– Provide insights on performance, risks, and opportunities to support business decisions.

Private Equity & Investor Relations

– Act as the primary liaison with Private Equity partners and investors, ensuring transparent communication and reporting.

– Drive initiatives to maximize enterprise value, including capital structuring, debt financing, and M&A.

– Lead fundraising and strategic transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and integration.

Financial Management & Reporting

– Oversee preparation of accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

– Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks across all operating regions.

– Manage financial consolidation for multi-country operations in line with global accounting standards.

Operational & Commercial Finance

– Partner with business leaders to enhance operational efficiency, margins, and ROI across business units.

– Implement performance metrics, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.

– Oversee treasury, taxation, risk management, and cash flow optimization.

Leadership & People

– Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team across geographies.

– Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

– Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (mandatory) with 15-20 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 10+ years as CFO.

– Currently serving as a CFO in a Private Equityowned organization (mandatory).

– Proven multiple geography experience (mandatory).

– Demonstrated track record of partnering with PE firms and delivering enterprise value.

– Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
