Responsibility:
– Manage end-to-end APSP process from Finance perspective and ensure all controls are effectively working
– Control Budget vs actual spends and ensure set authority matrix is followed
– Ensure timely invoice processing and non-violation of contract payment terms
– Quarterly Books vs MIS reconciliation for APSP
– Closely co-ordinate with Brand managers to understand the spends to ensure accurate provision
– Design and implementation of APSP tool to automate budgeting and invoice processing
– Support the team in publishing quarterly Competition results and maintaining data repository
– Support the team in monthly and quarterly closing tasks under strict deadlines
– Controlling and monitoring closely, movements in product cost / procurement cost and informing stakeholders the impact thereon
– Closely tracking accounts receivable / stocks / freight and other expense heads of the business
Skills/Qualifications:
– MBA Finance, M. Com or equivalent post-graduation
– 3 – 5 years’ work experience in the areas of Finance, Controllership or Audit
– Proficiency of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Power BI & SAP
– Good communication skills and should have the ability to deliver quality output within deadline.
– Experience reporting to senior leadership and driving financial strategy
