Designation: Relationship Manager – Real Estate
Location: Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore
Role & Responsibilities:
– Identifying and sourcing real estate transactions across various asset classes, including high-yield deals, special situations, and lease rental discounting, from both primary and secondary markets.
– Collaborating with promoters, CFOs, and CXOs to structure and identify financing, restructuring, settlement, and advisory opportunities.
– Evaluating and analyzing real estate assets to determine their viability and potential.
– Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, investors, and coverage teams.
– Developing pitches and structuring credit solutions that meet client needs.
– Preparing information memoranda, analytical materials, and cash flow models for internal assessment and external investor presentations
