We are seeking a high-performing FP&A professional to join our Finance team. This role involves end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis, and decision support to business leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, business acumen, and a consultative mindset to partner across functions and drive data-driven decisions.

Budgeting & Forecasting

– Drive annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles across departments.

– Collaborate with functional heads to build bottom-up plans aligned to strategic goals.

– Prepare rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, and variance analysis.

Strategic Business Finance

– Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations.

– Support pricing, new business evaluations, product profitability, and ROI analysis.

– Conduct ad-hoc analyses for strategic projects, cost optimization, and margin improvement.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

– Deliver monthly, quarterly, and YTD reports on P&L, cash flow, and business KPIs.

– Analyze financial performance and trends, identify risks and opportunities.

– Track key metrics such as revenue growth, EBITDA margins, and cost efficiencies.

Financial Modeling & Dashboards

– Build complex financial models for scenario planning, investment analysis, and M&A.

– Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Excel/Power BI/Tableau.

– Automate reporting processes for scalability and efficiency.

Governance & Compliance

– Ensure financial discipline and internal controls are adhered to.

– Assist in audits, internal reviews, and implementation of financial best practices.

– Work closely with Controllership, Treasury, and Tax teams for holistic alignment.

Key Skills & Competencies:

– Strong FP&A and analytical skills

– Advanced Excel & financial modeling

– Experience with ERP tools (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)

– Strategic mindset with ability to influence business decisions

– Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

– High ownership, problem-solving orientation, and attention to detail
