Location: Powai, India
– Experience: 12+ years in internal audit / vendor management / risk advisory within financial services
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree required; professional certifications such as CA, CFA, FRM, or CISA preferred
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and oversee global audits of Nomura’s vendor management processes.
– Design and implement the global vendor management audit approach.
– Manage regional and global audit teams, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
– Conduct risk assessments and continuous monitoring for vendor-related activities.
– Act as an SME for vendor management in support of functional audits.
– Review audit findings, validate remediation, and track issue closure.
– Support data analytics initiatives to enhance audit efficiency.
– Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory developments (EBA, PRA, MAS, JFSA, etc.).
