Description:
Looking for a strategic Finance Head to lead the finance function for a digital services business. The role involves managing Business Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Controllership. This individual will be a key advisor to senior leadership, driving financial strategy and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Strategic Partnering: Advise the leadership team on financial strategy, business decisions, and long-term planning. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
– Controllership: Oversee financial accounts, ensuring timely finalization and compliance with IFRS/Ind-AS and other regulations. Manage internal controls and audits.
– Performance Management: Deliver comprehensive financial reporting, dashboards, and actionable business insights. Identify opportunities for process automation.
– Team Leadership: Build and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
– Chartered Accountant/CPA/MBA/ACCA or similar degree.
– 12-18 years of progressive experience in finance, with exposure to both Business Finance and Controllership.
– Strong knowledge of accounting standards, corporate finance, and compliance.
– Proven experience in business partnering, P&L management, and leading a team.
– Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems
