Job Description:
NBFC Business Collections Support:
– Should have good knowledge of Cash Management Products (CMS) of Banks &, Cash-pick up services, Cheque pick-up services & Payment banks/ Business Correspondent Models.
– To coordinate with Banks & Payments Banks for Cash collections Operation customization through CMS Services offered by the Banks/Payment Banks.
– Should have a good understanding of collections through NPCI NACH/ENACH Mandates & Auto Debit Facility.
– Managing Bank account opening and closure with documentation.
– To coordinate with Banks to strengthen existing systems and processes of Digital payment product offerings by the Banks like NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, wallet payments, UPI, BBPS, Payment Gateways etc.
– Should have a good understanding of Digital Collections (BBPS/UPI/PG) and Payments for NBFC.
– Coordination with internal Business Teams & providing support for Banking services. Strengthening overall collection Infrastructure of NBFC.
– Should possess sound knowledge of Bank Reconciliation.
– Should have good excel and communication skills.
– Liasoning and controlling various bank charges as levied by banks to initiate corrective measures to reduce overall banking collection cost.
