Relationship Manager – Infrastructure
Opening with a leading Private Sector Bank..!!
Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities :
– Business development and identification of long-term lending opportunities in the various infrastructure sectors
– Financial modelling and completion of the structure
– Negotiation and completion of the term sheet with the client
– Creation of presentations for internal and external discussions
– Attempting to secure internal credit approval
– Closing the deal documentation
– Helping the business RM disburse the debt facility sanctioned to the client
– Periodically monitoring the portfolio
– Working with the sales team and potential investors for placements, including creating information docket, etc.
– Working both individually and collaboratively
