We’re looking for a high-performing Analyst to join our Corporate Advisory (Finance Analytics)
Location: Powai, Mumbai.
Experience: 1-2 years
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on financial analysis, cost control, and management reporting within a global investment banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Support global finance teams on month-end close, cost allocations, and management reporting.
– Conduct variance analysis, provide insights on revenues, expenses & financial performance.
– Build management decks, dashboards, and commentaries for senior stakeholders.
– Drive process improvements, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support budgeting & forecasting activities.
– Collaborate with cross-regional teams (US, EMEA, Japan, Asia-Ex).
Mandatory Skills:
– Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills.
– Financial analysis, MIS reporting, cost analytics, and variance analysis expertise.
– Basic accounting knowledge and ability to work under pressure.
– Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
– Exposure to financial services or investment banking environments.
Good to Have:
– Knowledge of Essbase, Power BI, or SQL is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
– CA / MBA (Finance) / Postgraduate in Finance or Accounting
– 1-2 years of experience in FP&A / Financial Reporting / Corporate Finance / Cost Analytics
