Overview
We are hiring for a Finance Controller to lead the end-to-end finance function for a reputed company in the retail setup.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the entire Finance, Accounts & Taxation vertical, covering Financial Reporting, Direct & Indirect Tax, AP, AR, MIS, Audit, and Budgeting.
– Establish strong financial & cost accounting systems to deliver timely and accurate reporting.
– Ensure timely closure of books, reconciliations, and compliance with IND AS and statutory requirements.
– Oversee all audit activities (statutory, internal, tax) and ensure closure of audit observations.
– Lead budgeting & forecasting, track variances, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements:
– Chartered Accountant with 10-15 years of experience leading Finance, Accounts & Taxation in a company with turnover of – 500+ Cr.
– Experience managing a team of 20+ professionals.
– Strong knowledge of IND AS, Corporate Finance, Direct & Indirect Taxation (GST), Treasury, MIS, Budgeting, and Reporting.
– Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills.
