Role: Finance Controller
Location: Pune
Experience: 8-12 years | Qualified Chartered Accountant
About the Opportunity:
We’re partnering with a fast-growing company that’s building sustainable technology solutions. The organization has a strong investor backing, a nationwide presence, and is entering its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures, MIS, and financial reporting.
– Manage budgeting, variance analysis, and investor reporting.
– Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and banking relationships.
– Strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, and ERP integrations (NAV/SAP preferred).
– Ensure compliance with Ind AS and taxation laws (direct & indirect).
– Collaborate with auditors, lenders, and investors on financial reviews and due diligence.
– Lead and mentor a 20-member finance and accounting team.
Requirements:
– Chartered Accountant with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience.
– Strong foundation in accounting, financial control, and compliance.
– Experience in consulting (Big 4) and/or fast-paced, mid-sized organizations preferred.
– Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
– Exposure to ERP systems and automation tools is an advantage.
